Hope these images and measurements help clear up any confusion from the video! Ive also added a conversion table so that you can convert my imperial measurements to metric!

The image above shows the lengths of each board. Remember, the front board is cut with 25 Degree angles so make sure you don’t cut this to length without having the angles set first! Same goes for the top board.

The top and bottom boards get 3/4" inch holes drilled at the exact same locations as each other. If you use a larger or smaller diameter pipe just drill your whole a bit larger or smaller for the size. So long as the hole is in the same place it shouldn’t matter.

These are the dimensions for each of the tire slots. The bottom should be 17 inches long and 1 inch away from the front. Both slots will end up being 3 1/2 inches wide. You’ll cut the upper slot 1 5/8th inches away from the top and cut the rest of it fully through the board.

If you’re not doing dovetails you’ll need to pre-drill for screws on the top and bottom boards. Do so where the arrows are and countersink the holes so the screw heads aren’t sticking up!

These two photos indicate where the pocket holes need to be drilled and screwed in. Take care not to drill to far in so that your screws don’t pop out the front side of the rack!

For the placement of the rack and the spacing of the pipe refer to the video I have here! I hope it all went together well for you and your bike is lookin good!
